He has specialized in the areas of financial services ,REO´s & NPL portfolio advisory and Debt restructuring. His clients range from financial institutions, direct lending funds, private equity and debt funds to SMB, as well as promoters. Active in a range of financial services and real estate industry, mainly. The main areas of his consulting work include: Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitons, Project financing, Transaction advisory and acting as an Expert Witness in national and international litigations and arbitration in these sectors. Prior to co-founding MaC Group, Pablo was the european Leader of Asset and wealth management practice and financial services partner at Deloitte Consulting – Member of the Global FS industry Board member

Grant has over 30 years of experience in strategy consultancy and Corporate Finance with leading Global Firms. He has specialized in the areas of renewable energy and clean technology in the European, Latin American, MEA and SEA markets. His clients range from venture capital, private equity and infrastructure funds to project promoters, IPPs, utilities, as well as technology, equipment and service providers active in a range of renewables technologies and markets. The main areas of his consulting work include: Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitons, Project financing, Transaction advisory and acting as an Expert Witness in national and international litigations and arbitration in these sectors. Prior to co-founding MaC Group, Grant was the global coordinator of renewable energies at Arthur D. Little and prior to this was a Senior Partner at Deloitte Consulting – Iberian Managing Director, member of European Management Team and Global Board member.

Michael is an internationally renowned expert in the global renewable energy and Cleantech sector, acting as Chairman and Board Advisor to many funds and companies active in this sector, as well as being an investor in his own right. He brings in-depth expertise and contacts within the global renewable energy institutional investor and financing communities. Michael divides his professional activities between Board membership and advisory roles, with corporate finance mandates in equity raising for funds and projects, as well as pursuing his own investment interests. His experience and track record covers a broad range of renewable energy technologies, water related utilities, through to established and innovative Cleantech technologies and companies. He has deep experience of the US, Latin American, European and Emerging Markets. Michael has worked with companies across the entire renewable energy value chain, supporting the raising of initial capital, capital for growth, as well as working with funds across the venture capital, private equity and infrastructure investment segments
